Martha Little
I’m an award-winning media executive and narrative advisor who has spent my career helping leaders and creative talent find their voice at moments when culture and technology are in flux. I’ve held senior leadership roles at NPR and Audible, worked closely with artists and public figures such as Martin Sheen and Queen Latifah, and guided teams creating journalism and storytelling that needed to earn trust, not just attention.
I’m a two-time Peabody Award winner and former Executive Committee member of The Podcast Academy. Today, I work with founders and senior leaders—particularly those building tools for creative communities—on narrative judgment, public voice, and how to engage artists with credibility, care, and cultural intelligence.
